Leadership Development Program Awards

Leadership Achievement Award (Level I) = Reached 24 cumulative training hours within the program/training year;

Outstanding Leadership Award (Level II) = Reached 36 cumulative training hours within the program/training year;

Exemplary Award (E) = Earned 20 or more hours within the program/training year;

Master Board Member Certification (MBM) = 44 cumulative hours plus presentations/practicums and coursework.
